Jesse Love will have two more ways to drive in the Nascar Cup series for Richard Childress Racing when he takes part in the Richmond Raceway on the Kansas Speedway on Sunday and August 16.

The 20-year-old driver of the XFinity Series made his debut on the Bristol Motor Speedway for RCR on April 13 when he took 31st place. His second race of the Cup series took place on Sunday on the Texas Motor Speedway for Bart Motorsports when he crashed with 50 remaining rounds and was not finished.

“I look forward to being at the wheel of No. 33 C4 Ultimate Energy Chevrolet again this weekend in Kansas,” said Love in an RCR release. “Kansas was a great route for me throughout my career and the opportunity to have the cup cars on two miles and a half miles to the cup car will be valuable experience.”

Love, born in Northern California, is currently in fourth place in the XFinity Series rating for RCR, although after an inspection after the race after winning in Rockingham, he was excluded last month. He won the XFinity season opening races in Daytona.

In addition to the experience of the XFinity and the Cup series, Love was the Arca Menards Series Champion for Venturini Motorsports in 2023.
