What can you say about the Rafael Nadal pension ceremony in Roland Garros?
Well, it was almost perfect. The fans were shoulder on shoulder, including many of the sizes of all times of the present and past such as Carlos Alcaraz, Iga Swiatek, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Yannick Noah and many others who were not captured on TV cameras. Almost all fans wore burned red tone t-shirts, which resembled the Roland Garros-Ton with some in white, the “14 Rg” to commemorate the 14 singles titles that Nadal won near Roland Garros. Nadal’s speech – in French, English and Spanish – was eloquent. The Roland Garros workers, with whom he worked closest, came to court and of course came his three largest rivals Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray to honor their friend and rival. The French tennis ceremony presented him with another trophy in the Rafael Nadal Museum in his academy in Mallorca (read more about it here: https://worldttennissagazine.com/th-rafa-nadal-museum-pays-tribute-to-rafa-nadals-bench-pepen-career/24986)
Then of course the final is a badge with Nada’s sneaker “Footprint”, the “Rafa Nadal” and number 14 under the French Open Men’s Singles Trophy, The Coupe de Mousquetaires, which meant the number of times, which was Nadal, the winner
